Terms & Conditions

• Reservation is subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Q-breaks reserve the right to replace or provide alternative accommodation of a reasonable similar category if the accommodation at Prana Resorts & Spa is unavailable.
• Package does not include any meals.
• Maximum occupancy of 2 persons per room, no extra bed is allowed.
• For Prana Resorts & Spa, the room offered is a standard Garden View room.
• No exchange fee or usage fee is required.
• Booking must be made at least 45 days prior to check-in date for higher chance of securing availability. Booking must be made to [email protected]. (Please quote “Samui Beach Break” during booking).
• For your airport transfer arrangement, kindly provide your arrival and departure flight details to Ms Rungthip Subsiri of Prana Resort & Spa, via email: [email protected], 21 days prior to your arrival in Koh Samui.
• Once booking is confirmed, NO CANCELLATION is allowed.
• Guest Certificate Fee of USD 50 is applicable if accommodation is assigned to a person/s other than the registered buyer.
• Package is NON-REFUNDABLE and not valid during peak season or major holidays in Thailand.
• Utilisation validity of within 1 year from date of purchase. NO EXTENSION of validity period is allowed.
• Resort listing is subject to change and at the discretion of Q-breaks.
